This position contributes to Terre Coffee’s success by providing excellent service to all guests (customers). This job creates the experience for our guests by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Terre.
• Anticipates guest and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guests for cues.
• Delivers legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a guest-comes-first attitude and connecting with the guest.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and products as needed.
• Provides quality beverages and bakery products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Models and consistently demonstrates Terre’s Core Values
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Able to prepare food and beverage to standard recipes or customized for guests, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
