They say big things start small. In our case, Terre Coffee & Bakery started with a $5,000 family loan, a whole lot of faith, and more caffeine than we care to admit.
When we opened our first double drive-thru, we had no idea how things would turn out.
We just knew we were pouring everything we had—our time, energy, and hearts—into making something special. By God’s grace and your incredible support, we were able to pay off that loan and the coffee stand in just 10 months. From that moment on, we made a commitment: grow debt-free, one step at a time.
And grow we did.

From that single drive-thru, we expanded to four locations plus a bakery—and even though we’ve sold our original location, we’re still rocking three sit-down/drive-thru stores. It hasn’t always been easy (trust us, we’ve had our fair share of 3 a.m. coffee runs, countless all-nighters to repair or prepare things, and more than a few moments of wondering what we got ourselves into), but we wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Because this isn’t just a business—it’s a community.
